Bareya Evo is published by Amelia Frost (the "publisher", "we"). For anything related to privacy, write to amelia.frost98@gmail.com. Because the app does not operate a server that receives your data, we are in practice the developer of a tool you run locally rather than a processor of your records.
Everything you enter is saved in a local database inside the app's private storage area on your device. We do not receive a copy.

If you enable a system backup (for example iCloud or Google device backup), your operating system may include the app's data in that backup under your own account and its provider's terms. That is your choice and is controlled in your device settings, not by us.
Every permission can be declined or revoked in your device settings. The app keeps working; the related feature simply becomes unavailable.
The route map for a trip is drawn with the mapping framework built into your operating system. To show map tiles or resolve an address, that framework contacts the platform's map service (for example Apple or Google) according to that provider's own privacy terms. Those requests go from your device to the map provider; nothing passes through us, and we do not see which routes you view. Distances in kilometres are computed from the coordinates on your device. Unit conversions (kilograms and tonnes, cubic metres) and invoice totals are simple arithmetic performed locally.
The only information we ever hold about you is what you choose to send us yourself, for example when you email support (see below).
Three third parties can be involved, none of them by our arrangement to receive your records:
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and keep the thread for as long as is reasonably needed to resolve the issue. Please do not send customer contact details or cargo photos unless they are necessary to reproduce a problem; a description usually suffices.
You can edit or delete any load, photo, contact, unit or template inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its local database and all attached photos from your device (a copy may persist in a device backup you control until that backup is replaced). Because we hold no copy of your records, there is nothing for us to erase or hand over on our side; requests about your data can therefore be actioned by you directly and immediately.
Your data is protected by your device's own safeguards: the app sandbox, file-system encryption and your passcode or biometric lock. We recommend keeping a device lock enabled, since the app stores customer phone numbers and business figures. The app does not transmit your records over the network, which removes the most common exposure paths.
Bareya Evo is a business tool for transport operators and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children; as described above, we do not collect personal information from anyone through the app.
If a future version of the app introduces a feature that changes how data is handled (for example optional cloud sync), we will update this page before that version ships, change the effective date above and describe the new behaviour plainly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
